Shipping policy

If an order has been shipped, shipping is non-refundable. If an order is returned by the shipping handler for address issues, or if the parcel is not claimed, I will attempt to contact you for either redelivery, where postage would need to be repaid, or a refund of the items less the shipping fee.

All items are packed with care, and I am not liable for any damages that occur after an order has left here. I am not liable for missing items due to damaged packaging. 

Untracked shipping is selected at the buyers risk. Proof of postage can be provided (a photo of the shipping label on the parcel before it is dropped off in the post or parcel box). Titchie’s Supplies is not liable for any orders that do not arrive due to this shipping option being selected and must be taken up with Royal Mail. Signed for or tracked shipping is always recommended for your peace of mind. 

If in the EU, customs changed as of 1st July 2021 where VAT is charged upon delivery. This is to be paid directly to the shipping company and not me, as it is not charged when you order and cannot be added.
