Refund policy

Refunds are only offered/agreed if an item is returned unused within 14 days of delivery. 

You will need to message us before sending an item back. Once the item has been received and checked, the refund will be issued to the same payment method. If an item is returned and has been used, a refund will not be given

Refunds/Replacements are not offered on used items, or for anything over 14 days after delivery.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds of items that are not broken or faulty.
